Thank you for shopping with Ready Up Truther. Because each product is custom-made, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following terms before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise (including shirts, books, and other items), all sales are final once an order is placed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Shipping delays caused by the carrier

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will offer a replacement or refund. To be eligible:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
You must include clear photos of the damage
The product must be unused and in original condition

3. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are submitted. Our print-on-demand process begins immediately once payment is completed.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS)
Packages marked “delivered” that are missing
Incomplete or incorrect addresses entered by the customer
